Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, managing requisitions from initiation to completion. Consultative Approach: Act as a consultative partner throughout the hiring process, offering insights and guidance to hiring managers. Proactive Sourcing: Demonstrate proficiency in proactive sourcing and hunting strategies, moving beyond traditional posting methods.
